The fight against ETA has been common to all governments that have governed our country since the transition. Throughout this period have been tested multitude of tools against terrorists. What is surprising is that until the Government ZP had never been before tip-off by the government to terrorists. Zapatero's attempt to become the "be-supreme" to bring peace to any conflict, beginning with the Alliance of Civilizations, alignment with countries' anti-imperialist, etc. "being in Spain try to achieve their" summum "and go down in history as the man who put an end to ETA.
